Emmy Klint advises organizations on human resources strategy, workforce compliance, and operational risk. She holds a JD and an MBA in finance and brings experience serving as General Counsel and a senior operational leader for professional services and technology organizations.

Emmy specializes in building practical HR infrastructure—including employee handbooks, compliance frameworks, payroll and benefits systems, and internal governance policies—that help organizations manage employment risk while supporting growth.

Outside of work, when she is not wrangling her two young boys or studying for the CPA exam, Emmy can usually be found watching unapologetically bad reality television or reading far too much romantasy.
