Hardeep Gill

Hardeep earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara and has completed her CPA exams as she works toward licensure. Prior to joining TL², she gained experience as an analyst at OpenTable and through her family business, where she developed an appreciation for the operational and problem-solving aspects of accounting. Hardeep enjoys working in collaborative environments and values the balance between analytical thinking, organization, and building strong relationships with both clients and teammates. She is excited to continue growing her accounting career while contributing to the supportive and team-oriented culture at TL².

When she’s away from her computer, she enjoys staying active through barre classes and hiking, especially anywhere with a good coastal view. As a Bay Area native, she enjoys exploring the ever-evolving restaurant and coffee shop scene. Whether it’s spending a relaxing day at the beach or planning a weekend adventure, she likes making time for experiences that help her recharge and stay connected with the people around her.
