Joe Caffrey

Joe has 11 years in both public and private accounting. He started his career at the PwC Manhattan office where he worked in the Asset Management audit practice. His main clients were a variety of asset managers focusing mainly on mutual fund, hedge fund, and other private fund structures.He later moved into a consulting role at the Siegfried Group where his main clients were Biotech specific. Enjoying that space, he joined the small private equity firm at Two River LLC specializing in funding and starting Biotech companies. Valuing the small team environment and wanting to continue his professional growth, Joe was eager to join the Team at TL Squared.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree from King’s College in Wilkes Barre, PA where he double majored in Accounting and Finance. He was a member of the men’s basketball and golf teams and has always thrived in a team environment. Couple that with a love for numbers and developing strong relationships, Joe aims to provide clients with valuable insights and excellent service.

In his spare time, Joe loves to be active and explore New York City’s food scene. He loves a day trip to the city with his wife to explore multiple different restaurants and shops but can also be found working out beforehand because “balance is key”.
