Kinya Stewart advises organizations on accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls, helping leadership teams strengthen financial integrity, improve close efficiency, and enhance decision-ready reporting. She brings deep experience supporting professional services organizations, with a focus on building disciplined, scalable finance functions.

Kinya specializes in leading and optimizing core accounting operations—including month-end and year-end close, general ledger management, revenue and expense recognition, and financial reporting. She is experienced in establishing policies, improving audit readiness, and implementing process improvements that drive accuracy, consistency, and accountability across the finance function.

At TL Squared, Kinya partners with clients to lead accounting transformation initiatives, enhance financial controls, and improve the structure and reliability of financial data. She works closely with executive leadership, finance teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure accounting processes support both compliance requirements and strategic business objectives.

Outside of work, Kinya is actively involved in the FIRST Robotics community, supporting student teams and fostering STEM engagement. She also enjoys bringing energy and creativity to team environments—whether through mentoring, event planning, or building strong internal culture.
